Rosemary Woullard has been an Instructor at PRCC since 1996. She teaches Developmental Classes and Compositions I and II. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in French from Jackson State University and a Master's Degree in TESOL from the University of Southern Mississippi.

She has taught high school English, French, and Spanish in a number of public high schools in the country. Because her husband Joe was in the US Navy, she has lived and taught in several cities: Jackson, Mississippi; Newport, Rhode Island; Vancouver, Washington; Detroit, Michigan and Honolulu, Hawaii. Prior to coming to PRCC, Mrs. Woullard taught English to speakers of other languages at USM's English Language Institute, and more recently, Advanced Placement English at Hattiesburg High School. She and her husband Joe, who is a Realtor with Coldwell Bankers, live in Hattiesburg with their two cats Max and Moochie. They have two sons: David, a student at New Orleans Baptist Seminary and Joseph, a student at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mrs. Woullard is involved in many community action groups that seek to improve education in public schools. She is a member of Hattiesburg Area Education Foundation, Delta Kappa Gamma Teaching Society, Phi Delta Kappa and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.  She is also a sponsor of the PRCC / SMAE (Student Mississippi Association of Educators).

Mrs. Woullard loves to travel and enjoys singing as a hobby. She once sang with a girl's group in high school and college. She now sings with her church choir at University Baptist Church and The USM Symphony Chorus.
